"The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hardest thing was finding parking as we got there early to secure a spot. Our room was quiet and comfortable but getting our suitcases to the room difficult as we had to o navigate stairs. Otherwise recommend staying there. "

"The Banff Ptarmigan Inn was very nice, it was a perfect location, close to downtown and walking distance to many restaurants and to shopping. The shuttle to the ski hills was just outside the door, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. The cleanliness of the room was ok, except for the rug, it was not vacuumed well, you could see dust and debris along the edges of the floor by the window, and we found a sock just under the end of the bed that we know didn’t belong to us,...

We have had the same lady check us in the past 3 times and has always been a good start to our stay. I forget her name, but shoutout to her. Half price pasta Monday cannot be beat.
