"This hotel is fabulous, the staff can’t do enough for you and breakfast is in till 1pm and it’s all cooked fresh for you. A fabulous place to stay. The only down side was there were building works next door and drilling started early on the Monday, however it wasnt till much later on the Tuesday . If your thinking of staying might be worth checking these works have finished before booking "

"Lovely property. So great being in the zone of activity, dining, and things to do. Staff were great at check in. Bar and pattiio were excellent too. "

"The hotel was clean and spacious. We liked the interior and historical theme. The location was perfect as it was accessible to everything within walking distance. The concierge ladies were so kind and helpful. They gave details and information to help us navigate there. We enjoyed chatting with them about Mallorcan experiences. The room temperature remained too warm despite the thermostat adjustment. Would be a pleasure to return here. "

"Excellent location and close to everything! Staff was outstanding. I arrived at 6 am with the understanding that check in was not until 3 pm so they took my luggage and I waited for the next shift to come in. Surprisingly, I was in a room by 8:50 am with a free upgrade! The bed was sooo comfortable I napped before exploring the city! You are steps from the cathedral! The rooms were very modern with a historic charm! I highly recommend! "

"It was an incredible experience in all aspects. We loved the place, the location, not to mention how spectacular the room is (Cathedral) and the details provided by its staff to make our stay a pleasant one. It is definitely a place we return to and recommend."

"Our room was very comfortable with the sitting area and terrace. After a long flight from the US, we were looking for extra room to move around. The options for breakfast in the hotel was good — and the staff made me an excellent Americana coffee — that was very appreciated."

"Staff are so lovely here! Pool area is an oasis. The fixtures in the room are a little cheaper than usual hotels of this level and have grown worn and tired. The bed wasn't the most comfortable as a mattress topper was used but fine for those not used to a harder mattress. The breakfast and coffee is great. The products given in the bathroom are superb. Great position with authentic and local (not tourists) eateries and coffee shops nearby. Found this a huge bonus. "

"This hotel was perfect, would highly recommend! The location was quiet yet a short walking distance to the city centre. The hotel was clean, the check in process was smooth and the bedroom was spotless, stylish and incredibly comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
