The room had the best Aircon I’ve ever used in any hotel, easy to use and very responsive. I had a streaming connection issue which was resolved quickly and in a friendly way. The bed and pillows are super comfy. This was my second stay when coming to Sydney and I will come back."

"I stayed here 4 nights with my family. From the warm welcome at checkin to the end of our stay, it was a great experience. The location was perfect for tourism. We were able to walk to Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, The Rocks, and the Sydney Opera House. The hotel service was excellent. They even provided us with umbrellas when it was raining. The room was spacious for a family of 4 and included a Nespresso which we used on mornings we were running late. Would definitely stay here again."
