"Everything was amazing at this property. Easy to connect with staff via the app if you needed anything. The room was clean and decorated well. The breakfast every morning was fresh and it gave you a family feel seeing all the other guests during breakfast. The subway was about a ten minute walk away. My only suggestion would be if you are going in the summer ask for a room that doesn’t face the front street. There is no air conditioning (which is fine) but if we opened the window I could wave at...
"A small room but comfortable and well appointed and with a large shower. Complementary toiletries and tea/coffee. Perfect position for Camden High St and short walk to 2 tube stations and the Markets. Quiet and relaxing. "
"This hotel was a pleasant surprise. There are very few options for hotels in Camden and after spending the previous night in another hotel this was a very nice stay. The room is small, but new, clean and nice. No view at all, but it was quiet, cool and dark. Easily walkable to the busier parts of Camden and the market but much quieter and removed from the fray. Underground is right across the street so getting around is very easy. "
"We had a wonderful stay at The Standard. We particularly loved how dog friendly it was. Our room was a cosy room with no windows which may not suit everyone but was perfect for us because it meant it was pretty sound insulated which was ideal for our dog who doesn't like too many noises. They provided a dog bed, dog bowls as well as treats, all included in the cost of our room which was so lovely considering at other hotels we've stayed at the hotels charge us an additional cleaning fee but...
"Great compared to other places we have stayed in for similar price. Main thing was air-con (not usually a necessity in the UK but this weekend weas particularly hot) and e nice en-suite (not shared which they usually are). Check In was also great, instructions whatsapped to me the day before. "
"We stayed for five nights while seeing London and the surrounding areas. We are a family of four and our room had two twin beds, which is a bonus! We had a mini fridge. Daily chilled water was provided in the fridge. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Bus stop very close to hotel that we could get to Baker Street station effortlessly.
