"The room was comfortable but there were a few stray hairs in the bathroom so that could have been cleaner and it didn’t seem like the carpet had been hoovered as it felt ‘bitty’ underfoot. The hot breakfast was nice but there weren’t many fruit or pastry options. The staff were friendly. "

"Clean, spacious room (107) with sofa and chair as well as the bed and a desk. No wardrobe but space and hangers provided. 2 suitcase stands as well. The lift wasn't working so good job we were only on the 1st floor. Bathroom set out for disabled but fully functional as a wet room. Staff very friendly and the service was top notch. Good food and drink at reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet was delicious and hot."

"While the hotel is nice and the staff is great 4pm check with 11am check out is borderline unacceptable. I understand that maybe this is because of understaffing in à hotel so large and not enough time to prep the rooms. But not being able to check in before 4pm feels like a rip off. "
