"From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. "
"This was the second hotel I booked that night with Hotel. Com taking my money up front and telling me, I would forfeit my money if I cancelled!!! You people at Hotel. Com booked me into “two” completely sold out Hotels 😡 Thankfully the people at Leaf Home Stays, called around and got me into a new hotel still under development.They actually drove me across town to reach it!!!

"This hotel is a hidden gem . The staff are wonderful they are always smiling and they can’t do enough for you. It’s a family run hotel and you really feel like part of there family. Any problem and Vinci will go out of his way to fix it asap.Cant recommend this hotel enough we had an amazing stay and will be back"
