"I booked for one night and was shocked by someone else can tap roomcard and access to my room while i was in the room. Reported to reception but they have no idea who and said aill check camera. Not feel safe at all"

"The hotel was ok, but the lift system was confusing. You never knew which lift was going up or down."

"Very busy & noisy. Very difficult getting up/ down lifts. Poor shower water pressure. Bugs in the bathroom & kitchen so substandard cleaning. Hard mattress. Not as good as it appears in the pictures."
