The faucet blew off the shower wall and water was every place. The door of the room looked like someone had previously tried breaking into it. The elevators didnt work and the pool was under construction. The breakfast was less than desirable!

The staff was wonderful communicating for our late check-in. The breakfast was delicious. The room was perfect and comfortable. Definitely stay there again.

Convenient location for visiting Northampton and surrounding towns. Room was clean , easy self parking and breakfast was very good. Only drawback was there was no hand lotion in the room and had to request it from the front desk. I was told at the front desk that the hand lotion is no longer routinely ...
