"The restaurant is awful with no options, it is also extremely expensive. DO NOT stay here if you have kids. the plumbing is so loud it sounds like a burst pipe in your room when someone flushes the toilet or showers in the other rooms. People were in the hallway all hours of the night drunk fighting or yelling. The rooms have no microwaves, there is 1 $25 microwave in a closet in the 3rd floor for the whole hotel to use which is sat on a wobbly little side table.. the microwave door cant even open nor can you fit a plate in there. their "Mini Fridges" are more like micro fridges that freeze everything solid no matter what temperature you set it on. The beds don't even have fitted sheets, nor do the comforters have covers on them. The bathrooms have awful shower heads that spray everywhere but down, it also appeared that they painted over mold in the bathroom because the exhaust fan didn't work. Overall, DO NOT STAY HERE. we ended up leaving a whole day early from our trip because we couldn't stomach another sleepless night in this hotel. overall if i could rate it a 0 I would. "
"The room was on the small side but well appointed. The location was amazing with many restaurants nearby. The Metro station is literally across the street. Finally, the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay there again.

10/10 Excellent
"Clean and located close to everything. Our room was very comfortable with a living room area and pull out couch. The breakfast buffet was chaotic and ate up a lot of time as there was no organization and very long lines. I would suggest skipping it. But otherwise everything was great. "
"Room was nice, hotel itself was nice, just a lot of extra charges. Really expensive to park so we parked elsewhere which is inconvenient considering we had to carry all our stuff to the parking garage but it was a difference of $55/night so, worth it. They gave us room service credit since we had to pay the "event fees" but then everything on the menu was more than the credit we had and they charge a $5 delivery fee to get room service. Just a lot of nickel and diming for a "not-inexpensive" hotel."
"well first I'm wanna start off by saying that the bed was so comfortable. I definitely expected more from a hotel room that was over $200 a night as the rooms were dated and the business centers computers were from the early 2000s. Can't complain about the location, it's walking distance to the White House. Overall I would definitely stay just because of how comfortable the bed was but $200 a night is insane to me but I guess that's the rate in DC"
