"Tambo del Arriero is a wonderful boutique base in Cusco. The restored 17th-century courtyard is quiet and beautiful, offering a warm escape from the busy streets. The Superior Double was cozy and well-heated for cold Andean nights, with comfortable bedding and a hot shower with great water pressure. The staff is exceptionally kind, providing 24/7 complimentary coca tea (a lifesaver for the altitude) and securely storing our bags while we traveled out to the Sacred Valley. "Clean room"

"Everything was perfect just they didn’t provide slippers and shower cloth "

"Every staff member was perfect. Even the airport shuttle driver…he was standing in the rain late at night waiting for me with a big smile on his face. Front Desk personnel were lovely and friendly. Breakfast room hostess was smiling, friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t say there was anything spectacularly special about the rooms but mine was spotless. I didn’t notice anything to indicate the room was tired. Breakfast options were extremely plentiful. I believe there’s plenty to keep everyone...

"Beautiful hotel with great location. Big and clean room. Helpful staffs."

"Great location, clean room & friendly staff. Water pressure in the shower✅. The downfall was that we could hear every footstep (sounds like stomping) the people above us took. The first night the person above us seemed to pace from 10 pm - 1 am. The second night it was someone new & no pacing but every footstep plus when they left at 4 am. Spoke to the staff who said they have received complaints about this before and sadly they were full and could not move us to a new room. If you stay...

"The hotel was fine, but the lady at the front desk needs more training on how to treat guests!! Her attitude was not lovely at all!!"

"Looks like its a small Family business, nice people and helpful"

Gracias!!"

"We had a wonderful experience staying at the Maytag Wasin. The staff are friendly and super helpful!! It is centrally located and walking distance to anything you need. I would highly recommend this hotel!!"
