"Never check tissue, shampoo/ soap good enough for amount people in room. Swimming pool was limited for 1 hour and need to book time for pool. Never mentioned before booking. Swimming pool all around dirty with a lots of hairs. 3 staffs walking around but no one clean. Carpet old, bath room old"
