Additionally, we will ensure to further review internally your issues with lack of Toilet Paper and Tissue. Thank you for sharing your review. I'm glad to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay and the hotel. However, I'm sorry that you were unable to utilize the EV charging stations at our hotel on this particular stay. We have just recently had these installed and the hotel has not yet been granted access to the software to actually activate these stations yet. We hope to have these activated soon, and then be able to give our guests access this added amenity.We hope to welcome you back again so that you can fully take advantage of all that The Westley has to offer.

I understand that this must have been disappointing. Rest assured; any amount paid in advance has been refunded to you as you were not able to stay at the hotel.
