"An elegant and quite hotel, very well positioned on the sea with excellent access and services. The only negative comment I can mention is that it was sometimes difficult to find a sunbed as some guests insisted on reserving empty beds for hours with towels and personal effects."

"Pros:1) great beach location with a Pier 2) Great pool super clean, 3) lots of outdoor chairs Cons: 1) no real designated smoking section, just outside main door people were smoking, 2) smelly lobby, 3) no reserved parking, we have to find a spot in a construction area or on the main road, it was a difficult situation, surprised for a non urban location not to have reserved parking spots for the guests, 4) the wait staff in main dining room were not really friendly and basically were not really...

"I will never go back to ANY Iberostar property because we took the Half-board( German- halb Pension) food variant and in this version we got breakfast and dinner. This sounds good till you learn that no drinks ( NOT even water) are allowed at dinner service. Iberostar needs to learn how to upsell an "All inclusive" to guests who have chosen the "Half-board" option."

"If you are choosing this hotel due to beach access… don’t. The beach in front of the hotel is not accesible and could actually be a safety hazard. The hotel is very beautiful, but the food is bland and it is about the exact same every day. Staff is unhelpful and has no idea of the ongoings of the hotel. I asked several times about the restaurant and spa schedule, I was given different times which resulted in me unable to have dinner my first two nights."

"Wunderbar. Sehr saubere Zimmer und täglicher Zimmerservice. Wir hatten Halbpension und die Auswahl an Gerichten war fantastisch. Sehr vielseitig und qualitativ. Gym auch super eingerichtet. Der Pool ist wirklich super und bietet viel Platz (Liegen sind genügend da, zumindest im Juni). Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Klare Empfehlung und würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen!"

I wish the rest of the staff were all like her, only feedback would be the buffet evening food, this needs to get better but everything else made up for that! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit kleiner Küche, die war soweit auch ausreichend ausgestattet, man könnte ich gut kleine Gerichte selbst kochen, was den Urlaub natürlich erheblich günstiger machen kann. Außerhalb des renovierten Zimmers wirkt das Hotel und die Jahre gekommen und die Poolanlage wirkt anders als auf den Fotos nicht sehr einladend. Aber: Wer...

"Phenomenal hotel, staff and stay. We utilized the pool(s), pool/snack/lobby bar and buffet breakfast options. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The property was clean the rooms are huge, the food was amazing. 3 min walk to the beach -sector 1. Would 100% recommend and would stay here again if visiting the island! Shout out to the front desk staff and the ladies serving at bars and helping at the restaurant."
