"Nice property at the wrong beach"

"I really don't like to give poor reviews, but when I saw baby roaches on the receptionist's desk and not even an acknowledgement by the staff, I was startled. The women working the desk were kind enough, but the place is so awful smelling and cheap-- the room had busted up tiles and ground-down rugs by the bed. I seriously didn't want my feet to touch those rugs. The grouting was moldy. The room smelt like vindaloo and old lady's powder. I couldn't stay for the two nights I paid for. I found a...

"The hotel service was not up to the mark & the room quality was also not too good, at the time of cleaning room they take chocolate form my room which was very expensive. When we were not in the room at that time the hotel staff use the room that is very very cheap habit. I not tell and put board for room cleaning then also they clean my room and at that time they take chocolate away from room. "

"This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe."

"Terrible experience at this hotel. They are only using the name of Hard Rock Hotel, but not delivering a 5 star experience. The location is very bad, horrible food, and the hotel is not clean at all (leaky roofs, smell around the property). We would like a refund and we were promised so through Expedia due to our experience. Would not recommend if you are looking for a luxurious stay in Goa."
