"A beautiful boutique hotel ... centrally located .... the staff was outstanding and courteous."

"A beautiful boutique hotel approx a 10 minute walk from Ciutadella. The staff were also super friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. The small pool and outdoor space were great to relax. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The shower was hot and with great pressure. Breakfast was lovely where you can order an a la carte dish as well as helping yourself to a small buffet section. Lots of choices of coffee, tea, juices etc. We had a lovely stay and would definitely...

"My experience at this hotel was very disappointing, especially considering the price. I paid approximately $316 per night for three nights (about $1,000 in total), so I expected a much higher level of service. From the moment I arrived, I encountered several disappointing issues. There was no toilet paper in the room when we checked in, and we urgently needed to use the restroom. I actually had to take a shower first just to deal with the situation until we could get more.

"Lovely room, aesthetically pleasing clean and just perfect for me and my teenage kids. Location also great. We had a car little tricky with the chargeable parking but once the app was downloaded it made it easier. We were advised there was free parking on roads behind but basically impossible to find. Luckily the parking was very affordable. Lots of great restaurants in the area. We didn’t do the breakfast at the hotel but walking past it looked good. We instead walked across the road to the...
