"After initially feeling a little disappointed, as we arrived the very first day of the season to find things were not open or functioning, we ended up having a wonderful 3 night stay here and would definitely like to go back at a different time. Hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. It is a little out the town so if, like us, you don't have a car be prepared to walk! But it's perfectly manageable to reach beautiful beaches by walking."

"Beautiful location with private beach and lovely gardens. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Short walk into the town where there are restaurants and shops. You can arrange boat trips from the hotel that picks you up in the morning from the hotels own jetty. We also enjoyed playing Padel and courts had a lovely view of the sea. You could also use paddle boards, kayaks and they had free exercise and yoga sessions outside. Walking distance to la cinta beach but you’d need a car if...

"My daughter and I had the most wonderful stay and would warmly recommend Hotel Sandalyon to anyone visiting Sardinia! The hotel is conveniently located roughly 2 minutes walk from La Cinta and a short walk into the center. The restaurant and bar downstairs was not only convenient but offered good food. We arrived just before 10pm and asked if we could order dinner, to which we were graciously offered. We ordered some charcuterie, lobster pasta and local wine, all to which were excellent!...

True the rooms could be improved and WiFi in the casitas is limited But if you can pay extra and choose the quadruple rooms is worth it. You will have more space. The doubles are small. "Great hotel for family, nice big pool with different depths to suit levels of ability. Cocktails by the pool were lovely. Bed was comfy, kids loved the sofa bed that popped up into a bunk. Breakfast was great too, lots of choice."
