This is a rough, rural hostel, not a 5 star hotel as advertised. The breakfast is good. If you are looking for hostel type stay, it's ok. Very few amenities!

I was very pleased with the price and cleanliness, and condition of the room and the attentiveness of the manager, Mohamed. The location was perfect for my visit, and the same building even had a Chinese restaurant and mini mart as well, which was a plus to me. Mohamed assisted me with laundry service which was very reasonably priced. The location is very near the Giza pyramids and Grand Egyptian museum. I would definitely stay again.

Staff were amazing, location is close to Giza and all amenities. Kimo was exceptional and a great help. Rooms are basic, but clean and good value for the price paid considering proximity to a world class attraction. There was a little confusion with breakfast at first but it eventually got sorted out. If you are looking for a value option near Giza this is hard to beat !

Beautiful location, all the hotel rooms overlook the pyramids and its services are very, very excellent. The hotel staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Also, the restaurant on the eighth floor overlooks the pyramids, including the most delicious breakfast, excellent juices, and coffee with excellent service.

His warmth, friendliness, and genuine care for his guests made all the difference in my experience. The location is perfect, with a stunning view of the **Pyramids of Giza** just a short distance away – waking up to that sight every morning was truly magical! The inn itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a serene atmosphere that allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my time in Cairo. Ibrahim was incredibly accommodating, providing helpful tips on local attractions, arranging transportation, and making sure I had everything I needed. Pros-The staff was very nice and accommodating. Close proximity to the pyramids. Budget friendly! Airport pickup. Cons-Charge to drop off at the Airport shuttle pickup, charge for the return. No daily cleaning, you have to request and when I did they wanted me to leave my key because there is only key. Internet did not work well in the room. Beds were not comfortable. Bathroom was very small with no place to store your necessities. “Bottom Line is you get what you pay for”. I chose this hotel because of the great reviews. This hotel did not meet my standards.

I did not feel safe at this hotel at all, one guy took my package away without telling me. The lock of my room door is broken, it cannot be locked as usual except using the only key locking the door from inside, then your room has no electricity during using the only key to locked the door. Everything looks different from the pictures, loud noice, construction at 8pm, WiFi weak, in one morning no breakfast, no one did anything, the worst was they did not organize car/driver to bring us to the airport, I had to pay it by myself, even I booked airport transportation included, it’s a scam.

Hicimos una hermosa estadía en el hotel. Una vista única desde la hermosa y gran habitación que nos tocó y mejor aún desde el desayunador, una especie de terraza. Aparentemente es un hotel en crecimiento, se ven obras en varios pisos. (Muy prometedor). La atención fue más que excelente. La relación calidad precio es más que satisfactoria. A nosotros nos tocó que fueron a buscarnos al aeropuerto gratis. La zona no es muy linda, muchos negocios y mucha gente y puede ser ruidoso (como toda la ciudad). Pero si te mueves con los consejos deo hotel no tendrás problemas. Aconsejo seguirlos, yo no los segui al principio y me arrepentí. Estamos muy agradecidos!!

Ich wurde bei der Anreise willkommen geheissen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bei einem Problem wird geholfen und eine Lösung gesucht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut - ich habe diesen weissen Käse am liebsten gehabt und man hat von der Dachterasse einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Pyramiden.

Fantastiskt bemötande!

Var på en trevlig vistelse med min bror och vi valde det hotell som är bara 15-20 min att åka. Vi fick hjälp från alla personal. Alla som jobbar på hotellet var väldigt hjälpsamma människor. Vi fick tips om att köpa lokal sim kortet...två av personal var med oss överallt för att hjälpa oss köpa presenter och besöka museum och pyramid. Vi är så glada....
