The staff was great, upon our arrival the room was not ready and it was dirty. The floors was dirty. The sheets on the bed hadn't been changed...

The room was really nice but quite small. The bathroom was tiny, couldnt reach the pegs/towels at the top.
It states daily house keeping but our room was not cleaned once, we had to ask for bottles of water, fresh towels and toilet paper which they did give straight away.
The older man called Khaled in the restaurant was really nice and welcoming and looked after us. The tall receptionist was very friendly and gave us good suggestions.
Another member of staff called Moustafa was very unwelcoming after we did not book any tours with him. He did not even speak to us after this and was quite rude- this was quite off putting staying in the hotel.

Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Manager hat sich bestmöglich um uns gekümmert. Egal ob Transport nach Kairo oder zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es hat immer alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Zimmer waren auch gut.

Das Hotel unter der Leitung von Manager Mustafa arbeitet auf europäischem Niveau, ebenso das Personal. Sie gaben mir ein Gefühl von Sicherheit, Ruhe und Geborgenheit. Sie stellten mir ein Auto mit persönlichem Fahrer zur Verfügung. Ich fühlte mich wie zu Hause.

tolle Lage bei den Pyramiden
Es hat einiges nicht geklappt, was sie sich jedoch bemühten sofort zu beheben. Nur finde ich es nicht schön, wenn ich selbstverständlichem Nachlaufen muss: Fernbedienung Klimaanlage war nicht da, Warmwasser lief nicht, Toilettenpapier ging aus. Der Blick auf die Pyramiden von Hoteldach aus ist schön. Hier kann man auch Essen und bekommt das Frühstück. Die Lage war gut, aber leider auch an der eher lauten Hauptstrasse. Das Personal ist freundliche und hilfsbereit. Als Entschädigung für unsere umtriebe erhielten wir einen Beitrag zurückerstattet, was ich wieder kulant fand.
