"It is an ok hotel, not great but not the worse. One of the things that I liked was the breakfast, it was very good and complete. The hotel is far from downtown they have a shuttle that takes you to the metro station. There is nothing around the hotel, actually the neighborhood doesn’t look very nice. Time for breakfast is 7.00-10.00 but when we went to have BF at 9.00, no ham and croissant and even orange juice for us. "Great customer service. The staff arranged our taxi to take us to the airport. They called our room to make sure we were up. Anything that we needed was taken to our room. Very clean and comfortable room."

"Everything about the hub was amazing except for the location. I specifically picked a place between downtown Milan and San Siro. The problem is that there is nothing nearby. It’s an industrial area. There is a restaurant / Lounge on site.
The hotel is very nice and modern. Loved the room. Fridge full of cold drinks. The toilets are a bit confusing to flush. lol! The staff is amazing! "
