"Great location. I stayed 2 nights. Free filtered water and tea all day. The breakfast was also good. Two scrambled eggs, avocado, bread, jam and a fruit salad. My room was right across from the yoga/meditation area with floor to ceiling windows. It was nice to spend time outside my room. The hotel owner also arranged an affordable taxi for me to go to the Pisac archeological site and then I hiked backed down to the town, which I highly recommend."

"Rooms were freezing, hot water took more than 10 minutes to arrive, staff spoke zero English. Bedding was clean, food was reasonable, about on a par with a Motel 6 in Alabama. "

"Clean rooms with large comfortable beds after multi day long treks. The walls a quite thin, but they provide ear plugs for you. Breakfast and other amenities were great!"

"Cannot recommend enough! We loved our stay. The room was nice, breakfast was excellent, but the staff was truly outstanding. They were SO kind and helpful. We were warmly greeted and welcomed with coca tea, which really helped our altitude difficulties. I really couldn't stress how much they helped with some minor travel difficulties. The location was great and there is a perfect cafe right next door for excellent, inexpensive meals. I can't remember a place I felt better about...

"I booked this hotel for my girlfriend while she visited the Cusco area. She was absolutely amazed by the service level and hospitality. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, unlike many others in Cusco. It is not super fancy on the outside, but very close to the main square and a short but steep walking distance to Saksaywaman. Breakfast was delicious. "

Good location can walk to Plaza and near hotel have tradition food restaurant and laundry. Highly recommend stay this LP. I checked in 15-17 Jul 19 and check in again on 20-23 Jul 19 same type of room but I got smaller than 1st check in (as advertised) . And still wait Expedia replied."

"Staff and breakfast were the standout highlights, and the location was solid, too. The only downside was the room key setup. Instead of keycards, they use traditional keys and ask you to leave your key at the front desk whenever you go out. I understand the reason, since it helps prevent lost keys, but it can be a bit awkward when coming back late. "A 15 minute walk from the center of town, but we never minded it. There are a couple of nice places for dinner right nearby too, if you want a break from the pricier touristy spots by the Plaza de Armas. The hotel is spotless and modern, and the staff wonderful. We stayed there in 3 installments, with tours in between, and they held our bags, handled our laundry, and were extremely attentive to every need. Top notch service at a very reasonable price."
