Dear Ludovic Gueudinot, I was very surprised when I saw your score so low. I changed your room giving you the one with the terrace (even if you booked the one without), I came to pick you up at the airport, I gave you lots of suggestions on what to do and see in the city and its surroundings. The breakfast room was always open at the times indicated. Only one day you did not come and I wrote you a message to ask you if I should wait before closing the breakfast room. Best regards, Laura
