"Perfect hacienda with a beautiful mix of rustic and luxurious. Service was very attentive to all our needs. We stayed in a detached hut, which was a cool (and air conditioned) place for our family of 3.Two gorgeous pools and a lovely palapa let us cool off in the heat of the day. Delicious Yucatecan food from the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Amazing birdwatching on the property. Not much nearby except for Mayan ruins at Ake. But this lovely place IS your escape. "

"The best thing about this property is its location. There are three restaurants within walking distance, and there is also a Starbucks conveniently located just below the property. The property was clean, the service was excellent, and the restaurant food was very good. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the overall experience pleasant. The only inconvenience was that there was no hot water in the shower, which was disappointing and definitely something the property should address. Overall, the location, cleanliness, service, and food were great, but having hot water in the shower would have made the stay much more comfortable."

"Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Mérida. Se ubica en un fraccionamiento por el cual es fácil acceder a diferentes lugares, es una zona muy tranquila y segura (aunque Mérida en general es muy seguro). La habitación que reservamos estuvo muy amplia, limpia y con amenidades, cuenta con garage y diferentes espacios para estar muy agradables por si tu estancia es más prolongada. En cuanto a atención al huésped, nunca tratas con nadie, no ves personal como en los hoteles y sinceramente jamás me contestaron las llamadas al número que marqué en repetidas ocasiones y es el que se encuentra en la app, ni me contestaron un solo mensaje, de ahí todo estuvo excelente, con las indicaciones que envían al correo es fácil acceder a la propiedad. Definitivamente regresaría."

From the moment you arrive, time seems to slow down, replaced by a deep sense of peace, quiet, and connection with nature. Everything about this place invites you to breathe more deeply, to let go, and to reconnect with yourself and with the nature around you. The surroundings are simply magical, and the atmosphere feels both grounding and gently transformative. And the food… absolutely wonderful. Thoughtfully prepared, nourishing, and full of flavor, it complements the entire experience beautifully. If I had known just how special Shambalanté is, I would have stayed a full week instead of just three days. Thank you to Doris, Ricardo, and the rest of the team. I will definitely be back."

"Lety and Caesar, the owners, were wonderful hosts! Our bungalow was spotless and had everything we needed. We had an issue with our car and Lety called a mechanic for us. The homemade breakfast served outdoors under the palapa was amazing! Lety even shared her lemongrass tea she had brewed that morning. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and serene. Lovely stay!!"
