"Air conditioning/heater worked just fine, the bathroom sink drain closer was broken and appeared to have been that way for a while given the dungeons it. I also niticed some mold near the front wall of the tip/shower. The front desk was notified of this when I checked out."

"The hotel room, location, and staff were excellent. We stayed here for a total of 4 days initially and then extended for another 6 days because it met all of our needs. The shower water pressure was perfect. Toilets flushed beautifully. And most of the hotel staff was always very helpful. The only downside was the man at the front desk when we checked in. He put us in the room right next to the housekeeping room where all of the chemicals were stored and washing and drying was done. The chemical smells in that room were very strong and were giving us a headache, so we asked to change rooms. However, when we asked to change rooms, he had an attitude and told us just to cancel our reservation and to find another hotel. We told him that we didn't want to do that and asked if we could just try out another room. He pushed back but eventually but then let us try another room. The other room was perfect and didnt have those same headache causing smells and he let us switch rooms. We were very grateful for this and ended up staying in this room for a total of 10 days. The only other issue was that since we changed rooms, someone came into our room at 4:45am but luckily our door was locked by the latch. We brought this up to the front desk the next day and they said they would look into it. We assume that since we switched rooms that someone tried checking into this room as they had a key that opened our door. Other than this, this hotel and room was perfect! Highly recommend! "

"Space is unique looking, however when you enter your hotel room it all changes. It doesnt appear that a true clean of the space has taken place in a while. Floors were sticky, and room was dirty. Corners, baseboards, stains on the light fixtures etc. The more I looked, the less I wish I did. Seems to be the standard lately for Embassy Suites, to which I will not be staying in again."
