This place is amazing beautiful views of landscape and ocean two pools and a great staff. Very eccentric interesting hotel… I would definitely go back.
Wonderful hotel..very nice property, great service from caretaker and kitchen staff. Very comfortable bed!! Very relaxing place to spent some time away, and very close to town. Will be back again!!
Safe place, great view, and beautiful hotel. In my opinion, they have to work a lot in the “welcoming “. There was not “welcome to Casablanca, this is how everything works here, we have this and that available for your convenience, we have two pools, we have a restaurant available, etc”. There was nothing told for welcoming guests. I still don’t know if the kitchen they had, was for guests or if there was a front desk. One guy with “staff” shirt asked my name took one luggage, open the room (without even telling me the code…..I had to ask for it), and asked for 10 dollars. Idk why those 10$. By the way, there was not Wifi in the room. When asked, he didn’t know. No answer for it.
My stay was wonderful. The best I experienced yet. The staff were amazing. They made me feel like family. The breakfast is delicious and at a low cost. I love Cabrera and now I have great clean and luxurious places to relax and feel comfortable when I visit Cabrera.
We had an amazing time at Casablanca. Our hosts, Elena and Franklin went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous. Every room has its own theme ands ambiance. Highly recommended.
Casablanca is paradise. Pictures do not do it justice. So clean, so peaceful, so attentive. So much love put in to this hotel. Found our forever stay whenever we visit Cabrera. It is absolutely an experience. Thank you Elena for being the absolute best.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The Hotel was very nice and clean however there is no reception area and the staff was a bit confused. There is no menu for the breakfast, you have no clue what are real prices.overall the place is peaceful and secure.
it is a gorgeous hotel located on the hill with a beautiful view of the sea and hills. the check-in was a bit unconventional since there was just a guy who brought us to our room and told us our code. otherwise we never had any personal contact with the staff, only per email. the pool and the surroundings were really nice. the breakfast cost extra.
As others have mentioned in their posts, what a disservice to yourself to only book overnight here! We arrived just before dusk and left the next morning as planned. Too bad for us! This hotel is sooooo incredible! The photos do it no justice! The views are spectacular! The decorations and home accessories are a feast for the eyes! I believe if we stayed a week I would not have seen everything! Wow! There is a small gift shop of goodies. Unfortunately we had to leave very early in the morning or several new and unique dresses would have been mine! Rosie (?) Was so sweet, thoughtful and kind! She is an exemplary employee! I would love to come back for an extended stay to really take in all this property has to offer! (Stayed 12/27/24)

We stayed two nights at Hotel Casablanca.
Positive
The property itself is charming: nicely decorated, calm, green, and offering a beautiful view. The atmosphere has real potential.
A special mention goes to Franklin, the owner’s brother. He was exceptionally welcoming, kind, helpful, and generous. A large part of our positive experience was thanks to him—without his attention and hospitality, our stay would have been very different.
The shower in our room (#17) was very comfortable. Air conditioning and drinking water were available.
What could be improved
• Check-in & communication: There was no proper check-in, no welcome, and no explanation of how the hotel works (restaurant, breakfast, drinks, accessible areas, nearby restaurants, transportation). Guests are left to figure everything out on their own.
• Staff coordination: There are many staff members, but it is unclear who is responsible for what. Our TV did not work; we reported it and were told someone would come, but no one did. The issue was never resolved.
• Food & drinks: When the restaurant is closed, no food or drinks are available at all. A small snack/drink option would greatly improve the experience.
• Noise management: Depending on other guests, the hotel can be noisy, with little respect for quiet hours. This is an issue for a place that presents itself as calm and relaxing.
• Bedding quality: The sheets were worn and frayed and not very comfortable. They need replacement.
• Access issues: The gat
