"We had a great stay. It was a city break with my two children and we really enjoyed the experience. The CoalShed has real character and was a great place to hang out with my kids and use as a base to explore all the great stuff on offer in Bristol.
We loved the games facilities and the 'honesty bar', which is a great idea and was definitely welcome in the evening.
The communal area is great for socialising with the other guests as well.

"Very good properly run hotel - front desk staff who are friendly and helpful and know their stuff. Lovely architecture - if you like the sixties. Big comfortable room - no air-conditioning so got a bit hot but 5 stars other than that. "

"Really nice hotel close the Bristol centre. Clean, spacious and lovely buffet breakfast . Will stay again. Plenty of parking but do check we the hotel if you have free parking as part of your stay as I paid the charged and found out it was free afterwards."
