Another great stay at a Premier Inn. Friendly staff and the great Premier In buffet breakfast worth every penny. Two grumbles- why do all Premier Inns only provide one towel per room? Always have to ask for more and no automatic room service fir multiple day stays. Biggest problem with this hotel is lack of parking- discount available at a NCP but a long walk from hotel and very expensive. Would look for a hotel with on site parking next time even if further from city centre.
Hotel is minimal but clean. Location is best for proximity to train station, a bit further from most Bristol sights, attractions, and entertainment. Bathroom retained a lot of moisture after showers, expect some dampness but nothing noxious. Staff was usually not at the front desk but they had digital kiosks for check-in and contactless check-out options.

My room smelled like old smoke and there are no wash cloths. Breakfast was fine. Workers were fine.

Inconvenient parking options, rooms weren’t particularly. Would definitely stay elsewhere next time.

Stayed here with my toddler, and while this is a solid 3-star property—no real surprises—I wanted to share a few notes specifically for parents traveling with young children.
The room was very clean, and nothing major stood out as a safety concern for a curious toddler. I felt comfortable letting my daughter roam around the room and the hotel itself. They provided a crib as requested without any fuss, and the room was spacious enough to unpack clothes from luggage.
A few things to know:
· Storage space is very limited. Clothes ended up laid out on one of the beds.
· No mini fridge. If you need to keep milk or snacks cold overnight for your child, plan accordingly.
· Kettle is provided — so you can boil water for formula, oatmeal, or tea.
· Towels: clean, just enough, but you can request more.
· Toiletries: only one all-in-one soap for both body and hair. Bring your own conditioner (and maybe kid-friendly shampoo).
All in all, fine for a short, practical stop with little ones—just come prepared for the lack of fridge and storage. Great location to explore Bristol by foot
