I reserved a king-sized bed for person, and when I arrived, they told me it was for 2 people. I told them no, only 1. They overcharged me by $984. I contacted Expedia to tell them what happened. They contacted the property, and they are saying it's past their booking period. With all the money makes off bookings, I would think they would offer the refund as a gesture of good customer service. I will never stay at Riu Palace in Cabo, or any other of their properties again, and I won't use Expedia again.
