"This was the second time here. Swim out room was amazing had the best service at our personal pool. Getting dinner at a restaurant was a problem if you didn’t wanna be a million degrees hot while eating. Crazy that theres maybe five hundred people at the resort and they seat fifty people at any restaurant ..."

"The Hyatt Ziva is a beautiful resort. The rooms are kind of dated, but what the rooms lack the staff and the food definitely make up for would definitely stay again. I had a server by the name of Geo that worked the pool area and he was phenomenal thank you guys again. Service was impeccable."
