A thoughtful modern renovation of an old stone farmhouse set in a tranquil village overlooking vineyards. Our breakfast of fresh juice and fruits, cheese and a selection of salmon and cured meats was prepared by a very charming local woman. "Our room at Hospedería de los Parajes was very comfortable, quiet and spacious. The staff here are all very nice, and our meals at Restaurante Los Parajes were exceptional. My wife and I had the extensive breakfast buffet each morning, and we also enjoyed two of our dinners while we were in La Guardia.
