"Check in and check out… Both arriving and departing was a drawn out process. Just far too slow. Really tried my patience. Then had to wait ages for the concierge. Friendly pleasant staff though. Communal areas… Pleasant enough. Room was on 1st floor up the main stairs and hang a right to the part beginning 108 or something like that. Problem is when you get up there the corridors stink! Need a good airing out and maybe carpets shampooing. Musty. Bedroom… Decent size. Comfy bed. Quiet. Needed...

"Nice check in. Good location to tube station. Room clean"

"Tap is broken but it dont be fixed along 3 days."

"Lovely stay, friendly staff. Clean hotel. We enjoyed visiting London and very convenient location."

"Convenient to go around"

"Just found this awesome little hotel near Earl's Court. Great location. Beautiful lobby, bar, restaurant ... and large GARDEN patio behind the hotel for lounging . VERY sweet staff. Good sized rooms. Quiet. Rain shower. Comfy bed. Coffee/tea service in the room. They even have WASHCLOTHS!!! My room mini frig was warm ... but okay, no big deal. Will definitely stay again."

Their excellent service made my 5-night stay enjoyable. I would kindly suggest improving the cleanliness standards, as this would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

"ฝุ่นในห้องจากพรมและ ผ้าคาดแต่งเตียง ที่ไม่สะอาด นอกนั้นดีมาก"

"Love this property. Location is fantastic, staff is very helpful. Stay here every time in London"

This was inconvenient; hotel guests were not even allowed to walk through those spaces to get to other parts of the hotel! Considering the price paid for a room I expected to to be able to use all of the hotel’s facilities...
