"Beautiful location and stunning building, only ourselves and the owners there on our two night stay. Lovely staff. Friendly owners. Unfortunately the room was pretty tired and bathroom needed a good overall. Old marked shower enclosure. Crumbling walls round the shower unit. Shower coming away from wall and mould round taps. "We had a wonderful stay at Itria Palace, centrally located, walking distance to center and historical sites. Parking both free or paid just steps away. The room was comfortable, we did have our room in the adjacent building and it was just as nice as the main building with an elevator. Alessandra was very helpful at check in and out , she even helped us with our bags to the next building. Breakfast was very good with many choices. I would recommend it 100%."

"Overall an excellent stay. Our suite (with a private pool) was modern, clean and comfortable - most critically with a soft bed (italian beds are usually so hard) and effective but quiet aircon (so you could have it on all night). At the pool there are comfy sunloungers and we always had brand new fluffy pool towels. The main pool was usually very busy - but not an issue for us as we camped out at the adults pool. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lunch and drinks at Lime Bar were also always to a high standard. The evening buffet, and the a-la carte restaurants were a bit hit & miss - the pizza restaurant the best of the bunch. Staff very helpful, maybe just too few of them on occassion. Note that this hotel really is off the beaten track. Brucoli village is close - but there is nothing there to see or do. Don't bother going and certainly pay for the water taxi from the hotel. Overall - thoroughly recommend."

"Really lovely, well maintained resort, with attractive grounds. There are 2 large pools which are very clean and offer shallow children's section alongside a deeper section. One of the pools is quieter and the other has loud music, we enjoyed using both of them. The staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Being mainly English speakers, we didn't find it difficult to communicate with the staff at all. We went to the beach a couple of times, it is 600m away but the hotel has transport to take people which runs most of the day. We went to the evening shows most night but they are mostly in Italian so we struggled a bit, however, our 4 year old daughter still enjoyed dancing along and watching parts of it. The best part is the food! We had delicious pastas, pizza, fish, vegetables, fruit... the food is varied and fresh. Also delicious deserts. The food quality is really good. The drinks need to be improved - they are served mostly in small plastic cups which isn't ideal. To note - we were all inclusive and paid more for a Superior room which was definitely worth it as you get access to a more premium restaurant and you get reserved beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Overall it beat my expectations and we'd go again."
