"We were a party of 3 & the room they gave us was pretty spacious. The hotel is located right across the Haeundae beach and lots of restaurants & bakeries. It’s a well maintained hotel. The staff was accommodating when we asked for a fan since we needed cooler temp from what was maintained in the hotel. Loved the stay there."

"- Great location - Club Lounge staff amazing. - 30,000krw for 2 hours to use a Cabana by the pool is ridiculous, across 10 days we did not see a single person use them. - Closing the pool for 1 hr at Midday and 10 minutes every hr on the hr is odd. - The 3 outdoor pools/spas were out of action for 3 days"
