"This is a self catering apartment hotel situated in the Old Town right next to Hull Minster and within a 15 minute walking distance of virtually everything including the station. It’s spotless and has a very modern feel with all the amenities needed, ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries etc. Kitchen area has everything including a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, cooker, hob and fridge which has some milk and oat milk sachets. "Close to the Railway station and the Truck theatre. Breakfast was very good."

"Decent enough hotel for sleeping whilst working away for 2 nights."

"Good underground free parking. Nice apartment. 2 comfy beds. Very clean. TVs in both bedrooms. Excellent for an overnight stay. Lots of takeaways to choose from nearby."

"Pleasant place to stay."

"Loved our overnight stay. This was a lovely tough of luxury from the hot tub and swimming pool to the complimentary mini bar. Would have liked to stay longer."

"Lovely, large, clean room. Safe area with a lot of parking nearby. Reception unmanned most of the time."

"The room was a fabulous size for the two of us. It had a kettle, a decent size shower room and was all very light and airy with a tv. The staff were really helpful and looked after our luggage for us. The bar was lively after the concert we attended and I believe there were parking options but we came on the train. It was such a handy location for anywhere around the centre of Hull. We would definitely book again as a fabulous base."

"The Arms is a beautiful hotel, well maintained, in great shape, lovely staff and food and a nice room. The ONLY thing I would point out is that the tv channel options were limited and as my wife and I were fresh to the timezone it would have been nice to have some more channel choices when we couldn’t sleep."

"Very convenient for parents who send their children to hull university. The room very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is okay."

"Stayed here as it was a good price. Very convenient for the arena and shopping but not a hotel I would go to for anything but convenience. That said, it is a city centre 3 star so I wasn't expecting any luxuries. Clean enough though very basic."

"Very good 2 bedroom & bathroom apartment in centre of Hull. Very clean and modern with separate rooms for privacy. Communication and access very good and easy. Short walk to lots of restaurants and bars in town."
