It didn’t tell us that you would have to climb 4 levels of stairs to get from train station street level to North Bridge Rd. Not good for those with big luggage. Take a taxi. Apartment building said access to unit eighteen (and some others) is only available via stairs (one and half flights). You can actually take the elevator to level one and walk down half flight (easy for luggage). ...

"Excellent location and very well kept flat. It was a comfortable and nice space that we were surprised with. There is a hallway laundry room for everyone’s use but the dryers seemed to need maintenance. We thought the extra hallway luggage space was a great idea for outside of check in and check out times. "The hotel is within an easy walk from the airport bus stop and about 20 minute walk from the railways station. The room was clean. The shower rather small. I liked the idea that you are getting a 5-pound bar credit if you forgo the daily room service. I certainly don't need it every day during a couple day stay and it is nice to get something to encourage you to skip it (good for environment as well). "
