"This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again."

Check in is not smooth if you dont have data or a phone with no battery, as their model is all dependant on digital technology…if your phone has no battery your not getting in your room!!!!!!! "Automated AI system to get in. It worked however if your phone dies you have no way to got in. Communitcation about our complaint that the room was unbelievably small and the building was unbearably hot resulted in AI automated responses and got no where. Although it was a hot day it made no sense why the room never cooled down. Room big enough for 1 person really. Double bed left hardly any floor space."

"NO AC. When we were here it was 85-90 all of the days we were here. It was so unbearably hot in the room as well as the whole property. They provided a fan but it was one that blew very little air so we ended up buying another fan. They also came into the room while we were gone every day regardless of the sign on the door to unplug our working fans for some reason so it was extremely hot once again when we got back, and to get us new towels.
