"The hotel was in a perfect location to travel to Ascot. The staff were lovely, everything was clean and comfortable and it was ideal for what we wanted. The Starbucks on site was perfect and needed and the swimming pool was quiet when we used it. "

"The staff were brilliant, the room was lovely and clean and the Safari view from the room was unbelievable. We had the best time and even extended our stay. In the evenings hotel guests have access to up close walking around the Safari animals which was amazing."

"This is a very nice hotel in a good location with a nice restaurant & bar. Only negative for us was the location of the room as our room was next to the fire doors which are closed at night so every time someone went through them the door would bang. "
