"Yes bar was good but cleanliness and amenities were not dirty bathrooms toilet seats are yellow. The wifi DOES NOT work at all even on a phone it doesnt work. they charged me $30 usd for a key that i 100% put back in the box and it wasnt damaged or anything… scammers imo when the wifi doesnt work and then you also take more money after ive been gone for 1 week is crazy."

"Where do we begin? Our personal experience of this hotel was nothing short of perfection. The location with the lake situated behind it was gorgeous (even in the rain). The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The bed was probably the comfiest bed we have ever slept on and the breakfast... The Riccotta Pancakes and the Croissant French Toast were the best breakfasts we have ever had. We'll both miss those greatly. The grounds needed some cleaning up as there was a big pile of rubbish at the gateway to the entrance of our accommodation and the laundry facilities were very dirty."

"Friendly staff, nice room in general. Getting to the facility was difficult due to recent traffic changes. Despite instructions, I got lost almost every time returning to the room. Bed matress was very well worn, body indents present on each side, probably time for a refresh. Pillows were flat. Large roach in the shower and bug bites while in the room, hopefully just mosquitos."
