"The property is dated, the grounds are well kept and the pool is inviting but very very cold. I was the only guest in the hotel. I booked online with no issue but when I checked in the owner insisted on cash only. I had the cash but not what I was expecting. There was not hot water to shower with. The bed is very old and uncomfortable you can feel every spring in the mattress. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"Saw Nyein San Guesthouse is a place that I would highly recommend staying at due to the convenient location and hospitality of the owner. I stayed 2 nights here and the double bedroom was spacious. Air conditioning worked well, and so did the Wi-Fi. The toilet also had a bath tub and hot water was available. When I arrived at 6am by bus, I was able to check in immediately and get a good rest. However, upon arriving at this hotel we were informed of several lies Expedia told us: 1) The hotel does not allow foreign guests 2) The hotel has not accepted third party reservations for over two years. All bookings are made directly to the hotel. 3) No one from Expedia or any other third party contacted them to confirm my reservation or resolve the problem I was dealt by expedia's lies. "
