"This Hotel had only been open for 2 days. It has had a major redo and it is really pretty stunning. Also the staff was excellent. Accommodating our early arrival after an overnight flight was much appreciated."

"This was a wonderful, affordable, comfortable and safe option in London. So much better than previous places I have stayed in the city. I would stay here again!"

"The property was safe, clean and quiet. It had everything that we needed to be comfortable. Very close to the metro, Barbican and restaurants. Fairly empty streets on the weekend. "

"The room was just great, very comfortable and spacious. We had a nice kitchen, washer and dryer. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, very customer oriented. And, we were right across the street from the tube, which was so convenient for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in London!!"

"A great hotel with great amenities and spaces. Our room was nicely designed and spacious. Lobby cafe is really great spot to do some laptop work. And the lower restaurant was also really nice. We had excellent service from everyone that there - all very friendly and helpful. This is a great spot overall. Will definitely stay again. "
"Lovely hotel, all the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.
Location is excellent for lots of the main attractions and straight across from the savoy theatre where we were going to see Paddington the musical.
We had dinner in the Joe Allen’s restaurant at the hotel which was very nice and breakfast at the main hotel restaurant which had a good variety of options.
Our room was nice but the mattress was a bit on the soft side for our preference.
Refillable water bottles and chocolate on arrival which was a nice touch.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return next time we come to London"
