The Room was clean the cabin was well set out. Very uncomfortable seating in the rooms lounge and chairs obviously for looks not comfort and very cheap rubbish.
The cabin was nice the caravan park was not the best it needs a lot of work and maintenance, other accommodation looked shoddy and grounds not well maintained. No friendly personnel on site and everything done via mobile phone. Not a secure caravan park where you felt safe.

Cabin was good except no hot water , toilet and shower need upgrade , just felt unclean. Ok for over night but probably won’t stay again . Staff were friendly and helpful
Neat and Tidy Cabin for two nights, 2 bed rooms, 2 singles, 1 queen.
All the facilities were there. Air Conditioned. Separate Toilet to the shower cubical. Patio out front.
On main highway, so bit of traffic noise.
This was a great place to stay especially for quiet and privacy and cleanliness but the only contact i had with staff was over the phone. A little weird.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Staff were helpful, it was dog friendly so we could take our pup with us. Although the room felt a little dated, it had what we needed for the night.
Friendly staff, very helpful on check-in,, we had a pet friendly room which was spotless. Park grinds and amenities clean and well maintained. We will be back!

Disliked: Cleanliness
cockroaches and dirt
There were cockroaches, cockroach poop all through the cutlery drawer and cutlery was dirty
The whole room got a smell , the floor is dirty with white particles, the showers tap is tapped and leaking .
The room is near the roadside and can hear trucks passing by middle of the night
Staff were nice and check in was easy. The linen smelt very strong of bleach or whatever washing product was used. So much so our eyes were watering the next day, we had trouble getting to sleep, were itchy and had to place tshirts on our pillows. We unfortunately wouldnt return because of this. Room was fine otherwise for 1 night.
Wifi advertised but in reality so bad as to be useless

I wasn't able to check myself and my 4 year old into our room. Received no email or SMS on how to get into our room. Travelled 8 hours and when we got to Bundaberg reception was closed and no one answered my emails or no answer on their after Hours phones number! My son and I had to sleep in our car on the side of the road.
Late check in process was easy, good early on communication, and easy directions left out, with local regional information and town map.
Good on you team😊
