Lovely little 3star motel. Spacious, super clean and the bed was really comfy. Everything you could want for a few nights stay. Very convenient location. Walking distance to beach, cafe, restaurants, pub and convenience store. Would definitely stay again.

Travel often and book here when available. Glynn and Julie are very hospitable, and do an excellent job with the cleaniness/ feel of the any room. Casual stroll for food and drinks or a swim!

It is at the older end of the Esplanade and to get to the marina where the whale watching boats go from is a 10 minute bus ride (cheap and good) or a 90 minute walk! the more modern hotels and restaurants seem to be located close to the marina. Hotel was good value for money but rather dated. We did not have a car hence the problem but if you have your own car the location will be no problem at all.

The room was so noisy. I could hear traffic on the esplanade all night. Also, the wind rattled the screens so that didn't help. Personally, I don't like tiles in the bedroom but at least they appeared clean.
