"There are no humans here to help you if you have an issue. You have to interact with a chat bot that is useless. The check in process took so long and was so confusing. Only two pillows provided for two people. I have a bad back and need another one to put behind my back and the chatbot refused to lend me one. The bed was rock hard. I did not sleep here and woke up constantly throughout the night. There was hair on the bathroom walls and overall it seemed to have a dirty/hadnt been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The curtains were messed up and refused to come down all the way. The curtains were not blackout. The elevators were so slow and serviced so many floors you would need to wait at least 5 plus minutes for one. At checkout time it took us 15 minutes to get an elevator. We were lucky and were on a higher floor. Folks on lower floors prolly had a 30 minute wait. Location was nice though. Close to food and cafes and malls."

"Fantastic location, excellent staff with great customer mindset, room with functional amenities. Indoor connection to the subway and the dept stores. Navigating back to the hotel from the store is quite a challenge. The signage is poor, especially when the dept store is closed, many signages pointed to closed access. Otherwise, hotel is well situated with countless dining option outside the building, and a nearby laundromat is only 5 mins walk away. Not cheap but well worth the price. We used this as base to travel around the attractions in Busan, using combination of taxi, bus and subway. We also travel to Jeonju using the subway and express bus. Appreciate the superb and convenient location."

"The breakfast selection was very good and varied on both days. Room very clean and serviced by housekeeping daily. A good business hotel that provides what a busy business/tourist traveller needs- clean room, warm shower, nice toiletries, in room fridge, kettle, iron/ironing board, breakfast and 24/7 front desk with reception lounging sofas to wait for taxis,etc "

"Great location but the reception desk located on third floor was inconvenient and the ground floor cafe opened late and closed early. The shower walls need updating and the powder room in our Triple bed unit smelled like cigarettes. If these items are updated, I would definitely return and recommend to others! "

"Excellent property. Perfect for a solo traveler with one medium-big luggage. Super cozy and super well furnished with smooth check in and check out. No contact needed with the host. Very efficient. I only found the induction cooker non-functional and the bidet was sometimes acting up. But not big deal for me."

"Breakfast was good, hotel is very well located for both subways and busses, loved the location , for the most part I was pleased with this hotel, I just wish they would remodel their showers to get rid of all the black mold. Cleaning could be better in hidden places , carpeting floors in bedrooms does not really help. Otherwise , everything else was good for the money."

"Staff were nice the few times we had to interact with anyone. Location is within walking distance to the main area of Seomyeon and is nearby to transit connections to other parts of Busan, including the airport and main station, which was very handy"
