"Generally a pleasant stay and functional for the price. Disappointing that I left/forgot a stool and called that night and I was told to wait till manager the next morning. Called twice. Didn't have in Lost and Found they said. Did you check the room? Per question, no one stayed in the room that night. So where did it go? 100% sure I left it. This was frustrating."

"Parking can be tight, limited spots at the front. Very clean and updated less the washroom. Bed was comfortable but the walls are thin and could hear people partying until early morning."

"There was not A/C at the room also not toilet paper"

"Our room had everything we needed. We loved the location. Being within walking distance to everything was very nice and being right across from the River. We used the heat for a little on Friday and then needed the air by Saturday. Lol. Both worked just fine. We know we will book here again."

"Room was nice but there was a couple of roaches don't know if they were wood roaches or not, I went to dropped the key off in the morning but the office was closed."

"An OK stay for night, as we were in town for the Bills. Rooms were small, but clean. Location was good for us to get to the game and for dinner nearby. Hotel is old and dated, and check in was interesting. Would consider staying again, but would certainly consider other options as well."

"Great place for the money no complains what so ever there is also nice sub and pizza place a few minutes away which was also good"
