"We stayed for three nights and it was terrible. The bathroom was covered with hair and the TV wasn’t working when we checked in. I called the front desk to report, but no one picked up. "We chose the hotel for its proximity to the thruway & the jacuzzi tub. It was not working & we had to call the desk. They were going to see if they could move us to a different room but discovered the maintenance man was there. He came relatively quickly but had to leave for a new nob for the control. ..."
