Lights didn’t work in the room. The room had a strong cigarette smell and even to the bedsheets. Bath tub didn’t look clean to even take a shower.

Love this place. We come there yearly for a little anniversary getaway in the king suite. Clean place and comfy beds. Love the hot tub in the suite.

Holiday Inn Express Grand Island - Niagara Falls by IHG
Everything was fabulous that was in control of the facility. However, we had guess that we’re running upstairs and beside us until 11 PM, so we were unable to sleep and get up early. Walls were thin, I wore earplugs and still fear people The facilities and the breakfast were fabulous!!
