"This was the last stop on a 10-day visit to South Florida and the Keys and we couldn't have had a nicer wrap-up. Very relaxed property, nice warm pool, pleasant hosts, view out into the Atlantic (small marina, no beach to access), very spacious, comfortable room, screened deck overlooking the ocean, nice shower and ample parking. Some light vending from the office but you've got to go off-site for a restaurant; some are within walking distance. No ice available while we were there but we would...

"The villa was perfect for our mini vacation! After staying in hotels the week before, it was so nice to come home to a place to sit (living room) and eat (dining room). My boyfriend loved the coffee! The bed was so comfortable and we loved the balcony where we watched the sunset every night. We will definitely be back on our next trip! "

"There was an event and they used parking spaces under the building we were in. These were the only spaces for the building. We came back after going out to dinner and had no place to park. We were told there was no assigned parking."

"Place was as described. Only thing i would recommend is a little more attention to detail during turnover cleaning as we found nail clippings and foot splatter on the wall. We loved the setting after our long days being able to be on the water, had manatees swim by us a couple times. Still recommend and would stay again!"

"Check-in was easy and welcoming. Easy parking. Room was very clean. Plenty of towels and toiletries. We had a lower level room on the canal. It was private and quiet. There was a table and chairs that allowed us the opportunity to sit outside in the evening. We had a pleasant stay."
