"The front desk person was new so when got checked in to hotel , that wasn't the problem until the next day when I learned she hadn't checked me in all the way even though I was given a room key. My room was payed for for 3 nights prior to arriving. The house keeping staff twice tried breaking through the latched locked door to my room because I had no "sign to hang on door" and they ( house keeping )thought I was there illegally since front desk never properly. checked me in. Next after sleeping in the room the next day I woke up to find 4 bites on my arms which were extremely itchy. To this day 4 days after check out of hotel my arms are still itchy from whatever bit me while I was sleeping in my hotel room."

"Stayed one night on our visit to Lake Havasu. Our room had a beautiful view of the bay. The staff were welcoming and the property well maintained. The highlight of our visit was the pool, clean, refreshing and not overly crowded. Would recommend this location to everyone."

"The desk chair surface has been chipped, and was scribbled. It looks dirty. That is still okay for me because I can use the other chair. The worst thing is, the only faucet doesn't function, I would describe the water flow as dripping. This property needs a lot of improvement."
