TV screen was so dirty it had streaks and a thick film . Room smelled like cigarettes.. air conditioner did not blow cold and was very smelly/ humid air coming out .. bed had multiple layers of padding and sheets making it lumpy and disgusting.. asked for another room and this was given but second room...

I had a fridge in the room that didn’t work and had to request a microwave that I’m sure was from 1982 brought into the room.. they call these resort fees. This is far from a resort.
