The staff at check in were great. We realize somethimes arrival and check in times do not match and cannot always be accommodated. Upon our early arrival, they were able to help us out. Check in staff was super friendly and courteous and made it easy to upgrade my room after a last minute change in plans. I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and the room was clean, had all needed supplies, and a nice cold fridge. It was a Hockey Tournament weekend (as it often is in the area) so it was a little noiser than usual with lots of kids running around. This of course is not the fault of the hotel. My go to spot for stays in Peterborough - the staff, rooms and price make it the best option!

We loved this hotel! The kids bunk bed rooms were perfect for our family stay. The TV was missing in 1, and it didn’t work in the other, but overall the rooms were great. The staff were excellent and friendly. Overall a great experience.
