"The free breakfast package didn’t have enough variety. Not enough healthy items and service was slow. The thermostat never worked right in our room. It was either too cold or too hot all week. I really couldn’t believe that this hotel for as much as it cost didn’t have a concierge in it for info on what to do and see in NYC and for buying tickets for activities. The main advantage was the location of the hotel right in Times Square and near a lot of theaters. It would have been nice to have soundproofing in the rooms, however."

"Overall it was a good stay. When we booked via hotel.com, it listed our room including balcony/patio. I did research and found this hotel did not have any balcony. Anyway, it was okay w/o balcony. However, we were placed on 2nd floor. Window is no sound proof. It was pretty loud. Room is small, generally clean. We love the hotel location. "

"The hotel was in a fantastic location. Unfortunately no breakfast, only a coffee bar. Our room was quite small but adequate. A power outlet in the bathroom was coming off so I had to use my hairdryer plugged in out in the room but no biggie. The staff were SO friendly. Location alone was worth the stay but not sure I would pay the price again with no breakfast included. "
